THE DRAWBACKS

■The magical parts of the story, like the Golub tree, are interesting, but they're not explained enough. It leaves me wanting to know more about how it all works.

■This story moves kinda slow, and when it gets to the exciting parts, they don't hit as hard as I'd expect. It makes it a bit hard to stay interested into this story.

■There are a lot of things in this story that aren't fully explained, like who the Golub people are and how the magic system works..

■It's a bit confusing trying to figure out what kind of book it is. It's labeled as both YA and magical realism, but sometimes it feels like it doesn't quite fit into either category perfectly. 

■It feels like there's something missing from this story. I wish there was more to it, like more details about the world and how everything fits together.

(■Bagian magis dari cerita ini, seperti pohon Golub, memang menarik, namun tidak cukup dijelaskan. Hal ini membuat aku ingin tahu lebih banyak tentang cara kerjanya.

■Ceritanya bergerak agak lambat, dan ketika mencapai bagian yang menarik, efeknya tidak seheboh yang aku harapkan. Agak sulit untuk tetap tertarik pada ceritanya.

■Banyak hal dalam cerita yang belum dijelaskan sepenuhnya, seperti siapa orang-orang Golub dan bagaimana magic systemnya bekerja.

■Aku agak bingung saat mencoba mencari tahu genre buku ini. Meski diberi label sebagai YA dan realisme magis, tapi terkadang rasanya tidak cocok dengan kedua kategori tersebut dengan sempurna.
